Liverpool’s largest retail park, providing over 43,900 m² of retail space.

Walsh Goodfellow have been involved in Phases 1–3 of this flagship development for Derwent Estates, which comprises 16 retail units of varying sizes. Half of the units were designed to accommodate a future mezzanine level, should tenant requirements demand it.

Foundations consist of reinforced concrete pad and strip footings bearing on the underlying boulder clay. The superstructure incorporates a combination of single-span portal frames and large roof trusses spanning approximately 28 m, with secondary steel members and frames used to support the feature façades and entrance canopies.
